I say the PS3 needs more RPGs. I'm mainly a RPG gamer, and unless there is a game that I really must play that comes out for the PS3, I'm not going to buy it. So if ToV PS3 gets localised...I'll definitely get a PS3.
ToS PS2 not getting localised is actually not a huge loss, cause there aren't a lot of added content between the two versions. However, ToV PS3 is a completely different story. I'd be pissed if it doesn't get localised.
