Finally beat the Elite Four and Cynthia. Not too hard, I leveled up to Lv 57 before doing it. Had to reset a few times of course as I was trying to get a feel for the new lineup and the new skills they have and which is the best Pokemon I have against each of their Pokemon.

Trying to catch all the five running/roaming Pokemon (namely Mesprit, Cresselia, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres) right now with a nature that reduces attack but raises any other stat. One good thing is that you can respawn the legendary/one-time Pokemon in Platinum as many times as you want until you catch it, which means if I don't like the nature, I can just knock out the Pokemon and respawn it by going through the Elite Four and Cynthia and beating them again. Doing it now since they will become stronger by about 15 levels after the events at Stark Mountain, which will make them harder to beat. What I would do is use my Master Ball and check the nature. If it's okay, I reset and and catch it normally, if not, I knock out the Pokemon. Rise and repeat until I'm all done :p I respawn them all at one shot though.

Also, Floatzel, why must you be so useful against so many of the the Elite Four's Pokemon >__> Just look at the levels of my team...and I only use Lucario against one Pokemon...and that is Spiritomb >__> I'm thinking I should Heart Scale Foresight back on Lucario so I don't have to switch to Houndoom to Odor Sleuth it, which will result in shared EXP...
